What is Sea Moss good for?


Sea Moss contains 92 of 102 minerals essential to our bodies growth and development. It is a Superfood that helps conditions such as anemia, skin disorders like dermatitis, psoriasis,eczema and sunburn, supports thyroid, clears respiratory system of mucus, boosts gut health, eases joints sweeling, speeds up weight loss, improves blood circulation, boosts mental health, serves as heavy metal detox, and promotes overall health and wellbeing.

What is the difference between golden and purple Sea Moss?


There is no significant difference between golden and purple Sea Moss. Both of them contain 92 of the 102 minerals we need in our daily diet. However, it is said that purple Sea Moss contains a higher amount of antioxidants. Purple Sea Moss is dried indoors which enables it to retain its colour, while golden Sea Moss is dried outdoors and bleached by the sun.

Can I give Sea Moss to my baby?


Sea Moss is safe for babies and children. From the age of 6 months you can add 0,5-1 tea spoon of Sea Moss gel to your babie's drink or food. Our Sea Moss gel is almost tasteless and odorless, so small amout mixed with food/drink will not affect other flavours. Great alternative for vitamins in form of syrup or tablets, as your child will not realise that Sea Moss is in their food.
